We opted for the luxurious experience of staying at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson, and it did not disappoint. The staff demonstrated impeccable service, maintaining high-quality standards throughout our stay. The hotel, a five-star haven, offered a plethora of amenities, ensuring a premium experience. From cycling within the hotel grounds to enjoying a reserved beach, engaging in activities, and indulging in the swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities – everything you would expect from a top-tier establishment was readily available. I chose the Premium Pool Villa for two, and the room surpassed expectations. It was not only clean and spacious but also boasted a private pool, providing the perfect setting for a luxurious getaway. The room thoughtfully included all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient travel experience. The highlight was the excellent continental breakfast, featuring a delightful blend of international and local Malaysian cuisines. One noteworthy advantage is the provision of free parking, with options for both open parking areas and building parking. This adds to the convenience, allowing guests to focus on enjoying their stay without worrying about parking logistics. A great place to just unwind and be free. Nice view and very calm. The services are good , buggy on time and very helpful, the breakfast i would say quite decent, maybe can have more varieties. The staffs are friendly especially Benjo, Ayu, he is the one greeted and welcoming us, fulfil our request and yet take the effort to give us fruits and drinks . Very thoughtful of him . I would definitely stay again whenever I just want to get away from the city life.

Our stay at this exceptional hotel was truly outstanding. The upgrade to a panorama villa significantly enhanced our experience. Mr. Nabil, the receptionist, provided exceptional service, demonstrating friendliness, attentiveness, and clear communication. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the seamless check-out process, every aspect of our stay was excellent. The buggy service and all staff members consistently delivered outstanding service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the breakfast staff were equally exceptional. We commend the hotel's commitment to excellence and will undoubtedly return for a future stay.

1) The view from the balcony is stunning, and listening to the sound of the waves is very relaxing. 2) The hotel environment is clean and well-maintained, with many entertainment facilities such as karaoke, a children’s playground, and areas for jogging or renting bicycles. 3) The staff are friendly and helpful. For example, when they see you carrying luggage, they’ll proactively offer assistance. If you have any questions, the front desk staff respond patiently. 4) It’s close to several attractions, such as the Port Dickson Ornamental Fish Center and the Army Museum Port Dickson. 5) The room provides four bottles of drinking water, each 500ml. Once you finish them, you can call for a refill, and they’ll promptly bring another four bottles of warm water. I found this thoughtful and the service very fast. 6) The technical staff are efficient. For example, when the electric kettle cord was damaged, they replaced it immediately. When the door lock was loose, they fixed it quickly. 7) Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes quite good.

This was our sixth visit to this exceptional property over the past three years and our second visit this year, and once again, it did not disappoint. The experience was consistently excellent, and it’s genuinely commendable how the property has maintained its impeccable standards across all facets of service—restaurants, room service, or housekeeping—even during the busy year-end period. The staff deserves immense praise for their dedication and efficiency. Despite the high occupancy, they ensured that every guest felt cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the duty managers, who went above and beyond to address and resolve a few minor concerns with professionalism and a smile. The team’s commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality make every visit memorable. Kudos to the entire staff for their hard work and ensuring that this property remains our go-to destination.
