The staff deserves immense praise for their dedication and efficiency. Despite the high occupancy, they ensured that every guest felt cared for. A heartfelt thank you to the duty managers, who went above and beyond to address and resolve a few minor concerns with professionalism and a smile. The team’s commitment to excellence and genuine hospitality make every visit memorable. Kudos to the entire staff for their hard work and ensuring that this property remains our go-to destination. From the minute we arrived to the very moment we got in our taxi to the airport at the end the hospitality was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff if they could help. Food in all restaurants was simply fantastic and very authentic. We were upgraded to a panoramic sea view villa during our stay and both the room, sea view were phenomenal. The hotels private beach and main pool was very quiet too. We were already impressed when we arrived but it was one of those hotels where the more time we spent there the more we enjoyed it and it's better in person than in videos! Also very reasonable prices for meals and facilities including massages etc. We went during school time so the hotel was quiet and relaxed. It may be different during school holidays so something to maybe check before you book if that is what you're looking for. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.

Having breakfast there is relax, because less crowd, and get to see nice view of the Hibiscus structure. Would highly recommend if your stay entitle for this breakfast option.
